I am recovering from a stroke and rely on care aids for assistance in dressing and my meals! I have Judy visit with me 5 mornings a week! She is truly remarkable! She keeps everything clean and organized! So it’s easy for others to come in and follow her example! I’m so very grateful that she does the work for me! She makes my life quite a bit easier! So, I can focus on my exercise programs and rehabilitation! I’m grateful to her everyday. She is an amazing well organized care aid.

The Heroes at Hero Home Care have been a godsend. Consistency in care is huge. The Carers arrive on time – are friendly – and get right down to setting my husband up for the day. I’ve got three hours of down time – I can run chores, or meet a friend for tea. It’s called survival!

Hero Home Care has provided amazing care for my Dad since he came home from being in the hospital for 3 weeks! The care plan was customized to his wishes and assisted my step mother so she didn’t have to be the sole care provider for my Dad. They ended up going with 24 hour care for those initial home days to make sure he received the immediate care he needed. The whole plan has been seamless and a relief.

We needed some full time care for my 93 year old dad as his wife had to suddenly leave the country to take care of her sister for two weeks. I could stay in the house but had to work full time during the day. She met with Hero Home Care on a Friday and a two week schedule came together for the following two weeks. My father is mostly housebound due to limited mobility and needs full time care. He really enjoyed their company and I could go to work during the day and things were always in good order when I came back. Very impressed how they put together this team so quickly and the quality of the caregivers. If this happens again we know who to call.

Hero Home Care has made life soo soo much easier for both my Mother and myself. We have been receiving help, for a good few months now, with bathing and taking care of my mother’s hygiene, a job she would not let me do. The nurses also do light housework, in fact if there is anything (within reason) they can help with, it is done. The care that is taken is phenomenal. Because of the help, I am able to have some time to myself. Seriously I just cannot imagine life without the understanding by both the nurses and the office staff. Thanks so very much.
