Hero Home Care is seeking an experienced scheduler to join our Care Support team at Hero Central. As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring our clients and caregivers are receiving world class customer experience and will coordinate shifts for hundreds of passionate caregivers as they make lives better in our community!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating caregiver and client schedules
- Putting up visits and sending out offers
- Selecting caregivers who you feel are the best match for our clients
- Finding replacement caregivers as needed
- Handling caregivers requests to come off clients/schedules
- Managing our central inbox
- Answering live calls and providing great customer service
- Shift reporting support for payroll
- Reporting on related work
- Supporting your care teams in the community
- Liaising with our People & Culture team to determine staffing needs and caregiver performance
- Any other related duties as requested by Management

$45,000 – $50,000
2+ years’ experience as a scheduler
Experience in the healthcare field is an advantage
Professional communication skills: Oral and written
Ability to work on software and online tools
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a team as well as individually
Can work a minimum of one weekend day per week (e.g. Tuesday – Saturday, Sunday – Thursday)
